We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for weekend events, especially during peak seasons (May-September and December). For corporate events or weekday bookings, 4-6 weeks notice is typically sufficient. However, we sometimes have last-minute availability, so don't hesitate to reach out even for short-notice events!

We understand plans can change. You can cancel up to 30 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 15-29 days receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations less than 15 days before the event, but we can help reschedule to a new date (subject to availability) for a small rescheduling fee.

Our standard 360° photo booth setup requires approximately 8ft x 8ft of floor space with at least 8ft ceiling height. For the premium setup with the LED inflatable tent, we need 10ft x 10ft with 10ft ceiling clearance. We'll need access to a standard power outlet within 25ft of the setup location. Our team will arrive 1-2 hours before the event start time to set up.

Guests receive their 360° videos and photos instantly via text message or email. They can also scan a QR code to access their content. All media is uploaded to a private online gallery that you and your guests can access for 30 days after the event. You'll receive a complete digital download of all content captured at your event within 3 business days.

Absolutely! We offer extensive customization options including branded video overlays, custom backdrops, personalized props, and even custom lighting colors to match your event theme or brand colors.
